Perceva is an independent Paris portfolio management company, registered in 2007 and authorised by the AMF in 2008, led by its president Jean-Louis Grevet; it provides equity to French companies weakened by the loss of a major market, a balance-sheet imbalance or a strategic repositioning. It manages two professional private equity funds, France Special Situations Fund I and II; in 2011 Private Equity Wire reported that it had raised €150M from more than a dozen institutional investors in France, the US, Europe and Asia. Holdings shown on its site include Adova Group (Simmons, Treca, Dunlopillo), Emova Group and Albarelle; in April 2025 it took a majority stake in the Breton IT services firm Adventiel.
