Overview

Rantum Capital is a Frankfurt-based financier of mid-sized companies in the German-speaking region, founded by financial experts, entrepreneurs and former DAX board members. It manages four private debt funds, focused on flexible, often subordinated loans, and two private equity funds that take majority stakes in growing Mittelstand companies. Its investors are institutional (especially insurers, Pensionskassen, foundations and large single and multi family offices) from Germany and abroad.
