Overview
Yotta Capital Partners is a Paris management company authorised by the AMF in 2019 that invests in French industrial SMEs, aiming to create regional industrial jobs while cutting portfolio companies’ carbon emissions. It targets technology suppliers to manufacturing industry and manufacturers putting “Industry of the Future” at the core of their strategy, with €5–15m equity tickets in minority or majority positions for growth or transmission deals. Its site lists two SFDR Article 9 FPCIs, Yotta Smart Industry (2020, development and buyout) and Yotta Growth Industry (2024, growth); a third fund, Yotta Sustainable Industries 2 (buyout), has been marketed since March 2025.
