4Founders Capital is an independent venture capital manager founded in Barcelona in 2017 by former founders of companies including eDreams, Atrápalo and eMagister. Its management company, 4Founders Capital SGEIC, S.A., has been registered with the CNMV since July 2020. Its first fund (2017) and second fund (2021, €50M) were followed by 4Founders Capital III, which closed at €70M in July 2025 with the EIF, CDTI-Innvierte, the Institut Català de Finances, insurers, family offices and entrepreneurs as investors. The firm reported €134M under management in 2025.
