Overview

BO Capital Partners SGEIC was authorised by the CNMV in May 2023 and set up by Abel Conill and Patricia Layola, who had self-managed Victoria Venture Capital SCR-Pyme since 2015. Victoria is a €5m, fully private fund that invests in university and research-centre spin-offs with clean technologies and advanced materials, mainly in Catalonia, and is now divesting. The manager presents a second vehicle, Victoria II Green Tech, for scale-ups with sustainable technologies.
