Clave Mayor SGEIC, trading as Clave Capital, is a Pamplona-based manager with an office in Valencia that has been on the CNMV register since 2002 and says it has made more than 90 investments. Its main line is technology-transfer venture capital: funds tied to the Universidad de Navarra, the Universitat Politècnica de València, the Government of Navarra (Sodena), the Mondragón group and the agrifood sector, and Clave Innohealth, an €80m health tech-transfer fund in which CDTI's Innvierte committed up to €40m. It also manages CM Corp, a vehicle for industrial SMEs needing a shareholder change, and two solar PV funds.
