Overview

Seaya's manager, Seaya Capital Gestión SGEIC, was entered in the CNMV register in November 2012, and the firm raised its first fund in 2013. It runs two strategies: Seaya Ventures, a technology fund investing in mission-driven founders of European companies, and Seaya Andromeda, launched in May 2022 with Fond-ICO Next Tech (up to €100m), Iberdrola's PERSEO programme and Nortia Capital, with a €130m first close toward €300m. In 2022 it managed over €500m across four early-stage funds. Its portfolio includes Cabify, Glovo, Wallbox, Clarity AI and RatedPower.
