Overview
Rhône Vallée Angels is a non-profit association created in 2008 with support from the Drôme Chamber of Commerce and the Drôme and Ardèche departmental councils, and is affiliated to France Angels. Its roughly sixty members, mostly business owners and executives, invest part of their personal wealth as minority shareholders in innovative companies of Drôme and Ardèche, at seed or development stage. Projects are pitched at plenary meetings, examined by an instructor and closed with a shareholders’ agreement; recent co-investments include CountAct and MOÏZ with other Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes angel networks.
