Overview
Seed4Soft is a non-profit association (loi 1901) founded in March 2011 whose members, executives and founders from B2B software, invest their own capital in French early-stage startups. Since 2026 its remit covers B2B tech, AI and deeptech in addition to B2B software, at pre-seed and seed, most often as lead. Each portfolio company chooses two member mentors. In April 2026 it named Frédéric Halley president and set up a club-deal structure open to non-member co-investors, for rounds of up to €2M.
