Lennertz & Co. is an owner-managed multi family office in Hamburg, founded on 1 April 2015 by Philipp Lennertz after leaving Spudy & Co., with more than 40 staff. Entrepreneurial investing is at the core of its approach: its alternative-investment platform, now the KAGB-authorised Lennertz & Co. Capital GmbH, offers clients funds of funds, single-fund SPVs and direct investments in private equity and venture capital in Europe and the US, blockchain venture, impact and DACH real estate. It took over the US venture fund-of-funds business of BPE Fund Investors in 2020 and has made direct investments such as Stein HGS, RapidAI, pepper motion and brillen.de. In December 2025 it launched a Defense & Resilience Fund I.
