ABOUT
A Plus Finance is a Paris portfolio management company founded in 1998 by Niels Court-Payen and Frédéric Bayol that invests mainly in unlisted assets. It runs separate teams for innovation (minority stakes in young French companies), development and transmission (minority equity, convertible bonds and mezzanine for small caps valued €10–50m), real estate (notably seniors’ residences through OPCI funds), film and audiovisual (advice to SOFICA vehicles) and funds of funds, for retail and institutional investors. It reported more than €1bn managed or advised at 31 December 2025, over 80% for institutions.

Minority positions in established French SMEs valued €10–50m through equity, convertible bonds or bonds with warrants, including mezzanine in LBOs and transmissions; minority stakes in young innovative companies in IT, environment, e-business, industry and media with active board involvement; social and solidarity economy financing in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
