ABOUT

Alea Capital Partners SCR is a Lisbon-based multi-strategy private equity firm investing in alternative assets, with offices in Lisbon and Porto. It runs three strategies: Alternative Living Solutions (purpose-built rental, including student housing), Industrial Consolidation (export-driven, fragmented industrial sectors; targets with historical EBITDA of €800k–€2M) and Venture & Innovation, which invests in the scale-up and growth (Series A+) of AI-powered, data-enabled software companies through its venture fund Alea Innovation One FCR. In November 2024 it announced a joint venture with King Street targeting €375M of investment in a Portuguese purpose-built student accommodation platform.
