Overview

Findos Investor GmbH is a Munich-based investor in mid-sized companies in growth phases or succession situations, with more than 100 transactions completed since 2006. Its investors are exclusively renowned German family-owned companies, majority family-held, with whom it has long-standing partnerships. Over 30 companies have been backed, from manufacturing and trade to services, across Germany, Scandinavia and other European countries. Findos is a signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment.

Investment thesis

Mid-sized companies with annual revenue of €25–200m, growth potential, a solid market position and a good management team, in growth or succession situations; long investment horizon, with dedicated portfolio partners supporting management with capital, expertise, network and incentive schemes.
