ABOUT
Omnes Capital is a Paris management company whose team originated in 1999 within Crédit Lyonnais, later Crédit Agricole Private Equity, and became independent from Crédit Agricole in 2012. Its Capenergie funds back European renewable-energy developers to build independent power producers; its Venture Capital & Growth team invests in deeptech for the energy transition, sovereignty and applied AI; it also runs metropolitan data-centre (CEP) funds and minority co-investments alongside private equity sponsors in Europe and North America. It has offices in Paris, Brussels, Zurich and Munich.
INVESTMENT THESIS
Energy transition: high-potential renewable developers (solar, onshore wind, small hydro, battery storage) aiming to become leading IPPs. Venture & Growth: deeptech early-growth companies in defence and security, AI, new space, quantum, electronic components and advanced materials, with a focus on France, Germany and Italy. Co-investment: minority positions alongside lead sponsors in sustainability-oriented companies (decarbonisation, resource optimisation, healthcare, education, security).
