RAISE is a Paris investment group and AMF-authorised management company founded in 2013 by Clara Gaymard and Gonzague de Blignières, starting with RAISE Invest. RAISE Invest is an evergreen strategy taking active minority stakes of €15–60M in profitable French SMEs and mid-caps with €25–500M revenue; RAISE Impact (since 2019) invests €10–30M in European small and mid-caps tied to environmental and social transition; RAISE Ventures (since 2017) backs Series A–B startups with up to €5M, and RAISE Seed for Good (2022) invests at seed. Investment teams share up to 50% of their carried interest with the group’s endowment fund, RAISE Sherpas. The group also runs a French office real-estate manager, RAISE REIM.
