Overview

UI Investissement is an independent French private equity firm that says it has invested in unlisted start-ups, SMEs and mid-caps for more than 50 years, as majority or minority shareholder. Its activities are development capital and buyouts (more than half of assets, tickets of €1M to €50M through regional, national and sector platforms), innovation capital (seed to Series B, €0.1M to €5M, often through regional funds with public partners) and consolidation of companies facing temporary difficulties. It has sector expertise in health, agribusiness and industry/services, about 80 staff and more than ten regional offices in addition to Paris. Its October 2026 release states more than €1.5bn of assets under management and work with more than 300 company leaders.
