ABOUT

50 Partners was created in 2012 by Jérôme Masurel with about 50 founders of French tech companies, who select 6 to 8 startups a year for long-term support programmes in Tech, Impact, Health and Web3. Since 2014 its management company, 50 Partners Gestion (AMF GP-20000037), has run professional private-equity funds (FPCI) subscribed by private investors, family offices and corporates, investing as minority shareholders from pre-seed to Series B. Its funds are 50 Partners Capital I–III (with IV to open), 50 Partners Capital Impact (SFDR Article 9, 2021) and 50 Partners Capital Health (2024). It reports more than 130 portfolio holdings and more than 500 investors.

Tech: AI, cybersecurity, software; fintech, security, edtech, proptech, deeptech, retailtech, logistics, insurtech, adtech, HR tech, vehicles. Impact (Article 9): companies directly addressing at least one UN SDG — climate, agritech, circular economy, social inclusion, education. Health: medical devices, AI diagnostics, biotech services, data management, care coordination. All pre-seed to Series B, minority stakes alongside business angels and other funds; several vehicles eligible for 150-0 B ter reinvestment.
