a|impact is the brand of Avanzi Etica SICAF EuVECA S.p.A., a Milan fixed-capital investment company registered with Banca d’Italia as a SICAF and EuVECA manager, which invests mainly in Italy in startups and innovative SMEs with a social, environmental or cultural mission. It invests in equity or quasi-equity at pre-seed, seed and first stage, in areas such as welfare and care, job placement, education, circular economy, housing and sustainable agriculture. After its investment period the first vehicle is focused on its portfolio; a second vehicle, a|impact II Sicaf, is externally managed by Funder, has a commitment from the European Investment Fund and expected a first closing by Q2 2026.
