Overview
Euregio+ Alpine Venture Capital is a fixed-capital investment company (SICAF) under Italian law, a reserved closed-end Italian AIF that is self-managed rather than run by an external manager. It invests at least 60% of its assets in start-ups (up to five years old, turnover under €5M) and SMEs with a proven link to an EUSALP territory (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein), in automation and digital, food and life sciences, Alpine technologies, green technologies, and hospitality and tourism, particularly at expansion stage. It uses Redstone Digital GmbH (Berlin) as external advisor and is open to professional investors.
