Overview

FIDURA Capital Consult was founded in 2001 as an independent advisory and issuing house for private equity. Between 2004 and 2014 it launched four closed-end private equity funds for private investors with a combined volume of about EUR 110 million and some 4,000 investors. IWF Fondsconsult GmbH, the funds' managing limited partner, has acted as their KAGB Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft since its BaFin registration on 21 January 2015. The funds back technology companies that have completed the start-up phase, mainly in the German-speaking region, and apply ethical, social and ecological criteria.

Investment thesis

Minority stakes of EUR 0.3–3m in technology companies or innovative business models that have left the start-up phase and are entering growth (no seed), held 3–9 years; excludes binary 'all-or-nothing' models such as drug development; companies must meet defined ethical, social and ecological standards.
