Finovam Gestion is an independent portfolio management company authorised by the AMF on 19 June 2015, with offices in Lille, Amiens, Metz and Dijon. It invests equity or quasi-equity at the earliest stages in young innovative companies in digital, health and biotech, bioeconomy, industry of the future and energy transition in north-eastern France. Its funds include Finovam (about 40 companies in Nord and Pas-de-Calais), Finovam 2 (Hauts-de-France, first close €14M in 2021, up to €500k per company) and the interregional FIRA Nord-Est and FIRA Nord-Est 2 (first close €30M in 2021, €50M target, €500k–€1M per company), whose subscribers include the State's Fonds National d'Amorçage 2 managed by Bpifrance.
