Indaco Venture Partners SGR is a Milan asset management company founded in 2016 and registered with the Banca d'Italia as an AIF manager. It invests in Italian, and selectively foreign, companies in electronics, robotics and new materials, medtech, biotech–pharma and digital. Current funds are Indaco Ventures I (€134M, 2017), Indaco BIO (€97M first closing, 2022) and two Lombardy parallel funds; it also managed the earlier Atlante and TT Venture funds. The management team owns 51% of the SGR, with Intesa Sanpaolo and Futura Invest (Fondazione Cariplo) holding 24.5% each.
