Overview
Indraventures I, FCR is a venture capital fund promoted by Indra Sistemas and registered with the CNMV in November 2025, aiming to raise up to €200 million from public and private professional investors. It is managed by GVC Gaesco Alternative Investments SGEIC, with Indra advising on investments and divestments, and targets dual-use companies in aerospace, cybersecurity, defence and emerging technologies, with at least 51% in Spanish companies. Indraventures was previously the name of Indra’s corporate innovation vehicle. Indra’s 24.8% stake in the Valencian ultrafast-laser startup FYLA (December 2025) is the first deal intended to be integrated into the fund.
Investment thesis
Technology companies with dual-use (defence and civil) applications and high growth potential in aerospace, cybersecurity, defence and emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, quantum and virtual/augmented reality; at least 60% of the fund in expansion-stage companies and up to 40% in early-stage or development-capital companies; generally minority stakes.
