Odyssée Venture is an independent Paris portfolio management company created in November 1999 by Mathieu Boillet and Sébastien Sassolas and authorised by the AMF on 1 December 1999 (GP99036). It invests €1–10M in equity and quasi-equity in French growth companies from start-up to pre-IPO and says it has financed nearly 200 French SMEs over 25 years. Its funds are tax-advantaged FCPI, FIP and FCPR vehicles distributed to private investors through partner distributors.
