Overview

Robin Capital is a Berlin solo-GP venture capital firm (Robin Capital GmbH) run by Robin Haak, co-founder of Jobspotting, who later ran global operations at SmartRecruiters, and a first-check investor in N26. Robin Fund One reached a final close of EUR 13m, plus a EUR 2m growth-focused vehicle, backing about 40 companies from angel and pre-seed to Series A, mainly B2B software. Fund II, targeting EUR 15m, reached a first close at 60% within four weeks of starting to raise on 1 October 2025 and a second close of EUR 12m in September 2026, backed by 30+ founders and GPs, and widens the focus to AI, deep tech, robotics and space.

Investment thesis

Founder-first, vertical-agnostic investing in mid-market and enterprise software and technology: Software 3.0/AI and deep tech incl. robotics and space; primarily Europe (strongest in DACH) with select deals in Israel and the US; angel and pre-seed to Series A, occasionally growth.
