EWOR is a Berlin-based, virtual-first fellowship for early-stage founders, run full-time by entrepreneurs including Daniel Dippold, Florian Huber, Alex Grots (ProGlove) and Paul H. Müller (Adjust). It runs an Ideation Fellowship (up to EUR 300k: up to EUR 65k at a EUR 1.0M post-money cap plus up to EUR 235k on an uncapped SAFE, against a 3% equity tuition fee) and a Traction Fellowship (EUR 500k). Its imprint says most of the capital for its startup investments comes from Roundtable – EWOR Friends & Family Fund I EuVECA SCSp, a Luxembourg-based fund; tech.eu reported in 2025 that EWOR had committed EUR 60M and accepts about 35 of 35,000+ applicants a year.
