Magnisi Venture is the venture-studio and investing arm of Magnisi, a Palermo ecosystem that also runs strategy and AI consulting, an AI club for executives and a coworking and events space. It makes pre-seed and seed investments in impact-first startups, typically taking 10–25% equity, and supports founders on go-to-market, product, team, finance and fundraising. EconomyUp reports it was launched in January 2025 by Ugo Parodi Giusino, founder of Mosaicoon and of Magnisi, and Giuseppe Tomasello, founder of Edugo. In November 2025 it announced an investment in the food-tech app Weeshop.
