Overview

Eureka! Venture SGR is a Milan asset management company founded in 2019 and registered with the Banca d'Italia as an AIF manager and EuVECA manager, with an office in Rome. Its Eureka! Fund I – Technology Transfer invests at proof-of-concept, seed and early stage in spin-offs from Italian universities and research centres, backed by the EIF and CDP (ITAtech). It also runs BlackSheep Fund, a late-stage venture fund for marketing technology, and ETA Fund I, which invests in search funds. In October 2025 the listed accelerator Zest S.p.A. acquired a 20% stake in the SGR.
