Magnetic is a European venture capital firm funding software-driven technology companies in critical industries, mainly in four domains: the compute-energy stack, security and resilience, financial technologies and physical-economy systems. It partners with founders from day one and stays as a long-term capital partner, supported by a network of strategic partners. Its manager, Magnetic Management GmbH, is a sub-threshold AIFM whose current fund Magnetic Core III GmbH & Co. KG follows the KAGB and the EuVECA Regulation. The firm is led by founder and managing partner David Rosskamp with partner Mario Lebherz, and it succeeded the earlier June Fund.
