Sirius Equity Partners, legally Sirius Venture Partners GmbH, is a Wiesbaden-based investment company focused on companies in early development phases, with an office in Düsseldorf. It invests own and partner capital directly in entrepreneur-led technology companies from the late seed to the expansion stage, typically as minority equity stakes, sometimes with mezzanine or loans, acting as lead or co-lead.
