Overview
SISTAFUND is a pan-European early-stage venture fund launched in October 2022 and initiated by Tatiana Jama, co-founder of the SISTA collective. Its fund SISTA Fund I, a French FPCI of €70M, is managed by SUNSHINE SAS, an AMF-authorised portfolio management company since July 2024. It leads pre-seed and seed rounds with initial tickets of about €0.7M–€3M in companies where women hold at least 30% of founders’ shares, across deeptech, health tech, climate and AI/enterprise software. Its LPs include the European Investment Fund, Bpifrance, BNP Paribas Développement, L’Oréal’s BOLD and FDJ United, plus a group of French entrepreneurs.
