ABOUT

Auxxo is a Berlin venture capital manager (Auxxo Management GmbH) that runs the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund I and II. It co-invests at pre-seed and seed stage, industry-agnostic and pan-European, in startups with at least one female founder holding at least 20% of founder shares. Fund II held a EUR 26m first close in July 2025 with the European Investment Fund as anchor investor; more than half of its LPs are women. General Partners are Bettine Schmitz and Dr. Gesa Miczaika.

INVESTMENT THESIS

Backs and unites the strongest pre-seed and seed female-(co-)founded startups in Europe; co-investment approach, industry-agnostic; eligibility requires at least one female founder holding 20% of founder shares; aims to drive equitable participation of women as founders and investors in venture capital.
